Meet Laurie
Untitled design (48).png

Laurie’s family, friends, and clients describe Laurie as truly one-of-a-kind. Genuine, sincere, and with a big heart, she is the type of person who instantly puts people at ease.  A natural mentor and coach, Laurie supports her clients with the goal of helping them achieve balance in all aspects of their lives. Many of her clients would count her as being among their best friends. Laurie began her own wellness journey many years ago and has felt the struggles and frustrations of having to juggle family and work responsibilities while trying to find time for herself. Raising 5 children and working leaves little time for oneself and she has never lost her understanding of how the demands of everyday life can make it hard to even give yourself permission to carve out time for your own wellness. She also knows how important it is to do so.

Originally from the North Shore of MA, Laurie re-located to the Easton area and managed a women’s fitness studio in Easton for 8 years as well as doing personal training in studios in Franklin, Braintree and Weymouth. By all estimates, she has helped hundreds of women in their wellness journey.  She is not only a personal trainer, but she is also a massage therapist and Level II Reiki practitioner and can incorporate alternative wellness services beyond physical training. In her spare time, Laurie enjoys being outdoors with her husband, Gary, hiking, camping, canoeing, and bird watching (when it’s not too cold)!

A Love for Furry Friends

Laurie is a devoted supporter of animal rescue, adoption, and fostering. Her 3 dogs and 3 cats were all rescued and adopted into her loving home. The current menagerie includes 3 dogs (Logan, Bear, and Kali), 3 cats (Odin, Archie, and Nemo), 2 rabbits (Ollie and Mochie), and 2 ducks (Big Duck and Little Duck). Laurie also fosters rabbits, helping them find their forever homes. Finn and Puff are two bunnies that are currently available to the right person. Some might say she’s a “crazy rabbit lady” like it’s a bad thing!
